Helen advises on all areas of employment law and works closely with clients to support them with their HR needs.

Helen has considerable experience in contentious matters, having represented a wide range of employers in Employment Tribunals on claims involving unfair dismissal, constructive dismissal, breaches of contract and all types of discrimination.

She has experience of taking clients through redundancy and restructuring programmes and she has advised extensively in relation to executive severance issues.
