Jenny Arrowsmith

Jenny has extensive experience of advising employers of all sizes and many sectors. Her clients have included or include; Centrica, NG Bailey, Sky Bet, Persimmon and Asda.

 She provides strategic HR and employment law advice to clients on all aspects including large scale redundancy and restructuring programmes, complex disciplinary and grievance issues, absence and performance management, contractual changes, discrimination, TUPE and restrictive covenants. She is very experienced in explaining legal issues to managers at all levels and always ensures that a clear, practical outcome is identified for the client. She is solutions focussed and commercial in the advice she gives.
